Job Description

  • Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hoạt động kinh doanh tại cửa hàng
  • Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng nhân viên tuyển trực tiếp tại cửa hàng
  • Thực hiện công tác đào tạo nghiệp vụ, kỹ năng nhân viên
  • Theo dõi lượng khách hàng vào cửa hàng so với doanh thu, tỉ lệ khách mua hàng, biến động khách hàng
  • Quan sát, hướng dẫn nhân viên bán hàng trưng bày hàng hóa, duy trì hình ảnh tại cửa hàng
  • Đánh giá sự phù hợp của sản phẩm đối với thị hiếu khách hàng mục tiêu.
  • Nhận chỉ tiêu từ công ty, phân tích, giám sát đôn đốc nhắc nhở các bộ phận hoàn thành chỉ tiêu theo tuần/tháng/năm.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan
  • Nam, nữ độ tuổi từ 24 – 32 tuổi
  • Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt
  • Xử lý tình huống tốt, chăm sóc khách hàng
  • Có kỹ năng quản lý và đào tạo nhân sự
