Job Description

  • Theo kế hoạch, thực hiện việc kiểm đếm hàng hóa, sản phẩm chính xác trên các gian hàng, kho ở tất cả các khu vực.
  • Hoàn thành ghi chép và báo cáo công việc theo ngày.
  • Lưu giữ các chứng từ cần thiết, có liên quan đến công ty.
  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu hàng hóa thực tế khớp với tồn kho trên hệ thống phần mềm quản lý.
  • Kiểm tra đối chiếu số liệu kiểm kê thực tế so với số liệu hệ thống, báo cáo sai lệch.
  • Tìm kiếm, xác định nguyên nhân gây sai lệch tồn kho và xử lý theo quy định của công ty
  • Di chuyển tới các cửa hàng để kiểm kê hàng hóa
  • Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-17h30, thứ 2 đến sáng thứ 7

Job Requirement

  • Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và chi tiết trong công việc.
  • Có kiến thức cơ bản về kế toán kho, nghiệp vụ kiểm kê vật tư - hàng hóa.
  • Biết sử dụng tin học văn phòng ( đặc biệt là Excel ).
